Getting Error Message: AUP#Out-1550
When I send an email to multiple groups I get an error message, AUP#Out-1550. I have to break up the groups and send one group at a time and everything works well. There are no bad email addresses in any of the groups, and I do not get the message if I send it to one group at a time. Why does this happen? I used to be able to do this in the past under Time Warner. I think it happened when Spectrum (Charter) too over. Thanks for any suggestions.

Email error code 1550 simply means too many recipients for one message transmission regardless of recipient grouping.

Hello Darryl!
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues sending group messages, I am happy to look into this for you. Has this been an issue since you switched to Spectrum? Are you using a mail client such as Outlook or Apple Mail? Or are you accessing your mail via spectrum.net?
