GDVR-1004 Error when trying to record series

Hello,

When I try and change a series I'm recording (changing record new episodes to all episodes) it gives me an error message GDVR-1004. Any help would be appreciated

    Welcome @Icecrue!

    Are you running a box DVR, or Cloud DVR?

    If you are using a cable box DVR- I would recommend deleting the series, and than re-programing the series to "Record all Episodes."

    If you are using Cloud DVR, see this thread::

    If your device is compatible, do the same thing recommended for box DVR, delete the series and than re-program the series to "Show all episodes."
