I received an email from, who I that was Spectrum about qualifying from the economic Connectivity program for people with low income that can have their Spectrum bill lowered. After filling out all my information, social security number and all, I went back to see the email address it came from and it was this: MyAccount@spectrumemails.com

I feel this may not be legit. Can someone tell me what I should do?

thank you!

Good morning, @RevRita403 . Welcome to the Spectrum Community.

I was able to locate your account from your login credentials and can verify that we did send you emails about the ACP program. If that is what you are concerned with I believe you are ok and good to go. As always, online stuff can be tricky! So it's never wrong to follow up on any warning bells. If you do not trust certain information over the web, you can also call us at 1-855-707-7328 to verify if any communication is from us.

I hope that helps and again, welcome!

    Randy
