The Forward and Reverse Function Does Not Work on cDVR

When watching a program that was recorded by the cloud DVR, the forward-reverse bar doesn't appear. How can I make it appear? I use a Chromecast streamer with an iPad which works well otherwise.

    Good morning, @Tonboya and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    I changed the title of your post from the name you put in to a description of the issue you are having so others will know and might be inclined to chime in, which I hope they do!

    I believe the Forward and Reverse options would only show up on the device that is chrome-casting, not the tv itself. So you would need to do those two functions on the device the app is on. On the app itself whenever you touch the screen those options should show up but TV's don't have a touch screen so it wouldn't be initiated via the TV but on the device itself.

    Admittedly, I have not ever use Chromecast so if I am missing something, please chime in.
