Feedback-Spectrum Should Put "We are Experiencing Issues With Our Cloud DVR Service" on Voicemail

Spectrum Feedback,

Since so many customers are having problems with Spectrum Cloud DVR Service, I would submit that Spectrum should put this topic as a Voicemail message on their Customer Service line. This will create an awareness of the issue, and the CSR's don't have to keep fielding the same information over and over again. It appears that everyone has been having similar problems for the past 3-4 weeks with Cloud DVR functionality.
