Router Disconnecting 30-40 times a day
I've had Spectrum for almost 2 years and had no real problems until about 4 months ago when the service would drop repeatedly. The modem shows connectivity but the router is always solid red. This cuts out on me in meetings and despite repeatedly rebooting the router and modem - including completely unplugging bothe for several minutes amd reconnecting the cables - it may or may not connect to the internet. Some days it can be 30-40 reboots just to get thru the day. Last night it started up as I tried watching TV and after 16 reboots I gave up. This morning i had about 30 minutes of connectivity before it dropped and 2 reboots still did not resolve the issue. I have reached out to Spectrum who "tests" the connection but since I am online when I reach out they say the connection is fine and there are no problems. I am now using my mobile Hotspot or going to the library for work because my employer has said that I have to resolve the issue with the service. Spectrum has told me they have not has any issues with hardware but pretty sure that's where the problem is. Anyone else experience this? I do not want to deal with another tech visit if I can avoid it.

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
I do apologize for the issues you are having with our internet service. I was able to find your account using your community login information. I am not seeing any signal level issues but there is some disconnects with the modem which is causing the router to disconnect. If you have reset the equipment multiple times but that does not help you can swap out the modem and router at a local Spectrum store. You can find the store closest to you with this link.
