Can DVR recordings be recovered if they appear to be deleted? User did not erase them.
All recordings simply disappeared recently. All gone at once. No user action involved at all. I will be quite surprised if these recordings are recoverable but thought I would ask before switching out the box

"Unable to Play Video Message" Showing More Frequently on Arris-210 box on Start Up.
The only solution is to cold reboot everything. Box is new, TV is a Samsung 2 years old Using Clkr Backlite Remote. I think it is an HDMI handshaking issue. Satch

Picture Displays Distorted or Pixelated Images
I am seeing distorted, blurred, or pixelated screens on my digital TV. I have tried resetting and rebooting my Spectrum DVR, unplugging, and checking all cables and connections. Occurs on almost every channel, but playing DVDs through external DVD player is OK. Internet service is not affected.
