Hi & welcome! If you are getting the correct speeds on a direct connect, what are the conditions when you are seeing the reduced speed? Is it a specific device, wireless connection, VPN, etc?1 -

Unfortunately, email is not longer offered. Only existing customers with existing email accounts are able to set up Spectrum email. Let us know anytime you have a question!1
