When is our Network Evolution coming to you?
Across our current 41 state service area, we're upgrading our network to enable symmetrical and multi-gig internet service speeds. By the end of 2026, 50% of the current Spectrum network will be upgraded to symmetrical and multi-gig service, while the remaining 50% is in progress and will be in place to support symmetrical service by the end of 2027
We know that there is a high level of interest in this project, and we want to ensure that we meet customer expectations with the most up-to-date and accurate information. This is a complex, multi-phase endeavor and we want to ensure that all customers are receiving the best service experience we can provide and that we minimize any disruption during this project. As we progress through an area, our infrastructure is being physically upgraded and rigorously tested for quality control before being enabled for symmetrical speeds.
We are working closely with our Product Deployment team to share updates about our progress with these upgrades. In the meantime, customers are welcome to post to the community for information regarding their specific areas.
