Why don't I have my Road runner E- mail anymore? What happened? Why?

    Good morning and welcome @David C Hewitt,

    The emails still exist. I see 3 tampabay.rr.com email accounts associated with your service. To access them, you would visit spectrum.net and log in with the email address and password, then use the "check email" option. You can also go directly to mail by logging in here with the full email address and email password.

    I removed your last two posts because they included private information. This is a public space and we ask that you not share private information here unless we send you a private message.

    You indicated that one email was working. Did you log out of spectrum.net and then log back in using the second email as the username and the existing password? Are you getting an error message?
