Why can’t I get my email suddenly

One of the spectrum techs told me my email may have been suspended because someone was trying to use it and then told me there must be something wrong with my iPad but it also didn’t work on my iPhone. He then told me to go to apple. The next tech went into my settings and still doesn’t fix it! March 14 I had email, March 15 it stopped. How does this happen when I didn’t change a thing!
