How to log out/log in of Xumo box?

The Bally's channel won't operate today, Opening Day, Cardinals baseball and apparently there is an outage. The fix is to log out / log in of the app. Well, we have a Xumo box because we have a Vizio TV which doesn't allow Spectrum app. The rep explained to me that there is a user setting to log out / log in, however, we surely cannot find it. Anyone know where this might be? How to log out and back in to the Xumo box?

    Welcome to our community! On the Xumo remote, in the upper right corner there should be a button that looks like a gear. That will bring up the settings. If you have the Spectrum TV app open, hitting that button should bring up the settings menu, which would have the log out option. It is usually located in the "account" menu in those settings.
