How to adjust fast forward/ stop location

At one time not terribly long ago when you were fast forwarding, when you stopped, it would back track a few seconds. Now it stops dead on where you pressed stop and you have to rewind a couple of frames when it use to do that automatically.

How do I set that back up with the new set top box?

    Thank you for that information! From what I am able to find the model DVR you have does not have that option. It will just stop wherever you stop fast forwarding. You can go to this link here to get more information for the type of box you have.
