Can the padre games be viewed and selected on ch 304/443 in the TV Choice package?

    Call them back and make it clear that you are looking for the San Diego Padres channel 305 (not 304) or 443, hopefully labeled with the Padres' "SD" logo. I like your chances of it being available where and how Bally Sports San Diego has been, as in included with TV Select Plus as well as TV Choice-able, but only within the Padres' home telecast area.
