Welcome to our community! There are a couple of ways to close or disable email address on the account. When you sign in to the webmail using the primary email account, you would want to click Settings and there should be a People option. This will allow you create new email addresses as well as disabling ones you no longer want to use. Email accounts can also be disabled by calling 855-707-7328.
