Choice 15 Issues

Just changed from AT&T to Spectrum and so far so good EXCEPT for the TV Choice Choose 15 portion. Somehow I eventually got to the right place on my phone and also on my pc to choose the 15 channels. HOWEVER when I open the Spectrum App to actually watch something those channels do NO show up on the Guide or anywhere else. It has been a couple of days since I chose the channels so what am I missing?

Welcome to Spectrum,and our Community! You might want to call Customer Care and let them know you are having problems with the Spectrum TV Choice 15 channel activation. Something might need to be done on their end to get those channels operating.

Hi Satch,
When I originally finally figured how to get the 15 channels chosen I did call customer care to see how long it would take for them to show up. The person I spoke with said it should be almost instantly but still not there 2 days later. Guess I will call again.

Update—called Spectrum and talked with a guy that was not even able to see the 15 channels I picked but only one of them, which was the one I picked a couple of days ago while talking to another customer care agent. Turns out the account was sort of on a hold since there is an appointment scheduled for April 30 for the phone installation. So the agent was able to circumvent that and manually got my 15 channels on the system which now show up in the Guide. I have to say all of the customer care folks I have spoken with at Spectrum have been extremely helpful and responsive.
