in Cloud DVR
In the middle of watching DVR I received this error code. XSTRP-4001
States Program Unavailable. How? It's literally recorded. HOW does it suddenly become unavaiable? What is my DVR charge for??

I am very sorry that you are experiencing a concern with the Cloud DVR concern. Is this happening on all of the boxes or just one? Have you attempted to reset the box by unplugging it from the power for about a minute and then reconnecting it? -Lyn
