Thank you for your question. I was able to locate the account based on the email provided during registration. I can confirm that the current package you have allows you access to channels you choose. Unfortunately, due to this being a public platform, we are unable to discuss account details on this thread. When able, I would encourage you to log into the Spectrum TV app, or give us a call at 1-855-707-7328, to go over your current channel line-up.
