Two of my tampabay.rr.com emails were deleted. How can I get them back or change them to Spectrum?

After years of using tampabay.rr.com as emails, two are gone since March 1, 2025 with no explanation. Using customer support chat was futile as they didn't even seem to understand the question. Can I get these back to transfer to new email at Spectrum?

    Hello @markjunk;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I reviewed the email accounts attached to your account. Many of them were disabled for inactivity. I have reactivated them. Make sure to log into the accounts once every day to ensure they stay active. Please try accessing the emails again.

    Thank you. @Edward_T, I was told previously that we have too many emails on the account. I am trying to clean up these two that were reactivated by you. Will they be inactivated again? Can I turn them off and on as needed. I want to make sure these emails aren't being used for important accounts before they get inactivated again. Do tampabay.rr.com accounts need to become spectrum.net accounts? Thanks again.

    Hey there @markjunk!

    Thank you for your question. They can be enabled and disabled as needed, but within limits. Typically, the mailboxes will deactivate after 30 days of inactivity.

    The same two emails are not working again and yet appear to be active on self-care.
