how do i switch my email from Frontier to Spectrum?

Typically a provider issued email account remains with that provider and may be disabled once you've cancelled your account with them. Each provider may handle email differently however, so you'd need to check with them to see if your email would remain accessible to you. If they don't disable access, you'd just continue to use it as you do now. If they disable access, you'd need to download/save desired emails, or create a new email account with an email provider of your choice and forward any emails you want to keep. We would not be able to move an email address with a Frontier, or any other domain, to our service.
As of June 2024, we discontinued offering email services to new and existing customers that hadn't yet set up an email account, so you would not be able to create an email account as part of our service.1
