Fast Forward resets playback time point to 0

When using Fast Forward with a program recorded on the Spectrum Cloud DVR, the playback time is sometimes reset to 0 and further attempts to use Fast Forward to return (at least) to the last time point viewed fail. Occasionally, though not often, viewing the playback on a different TV will let me use FF as expected. My questions are:
1. What actions might cause this result?
2. How can this "reset" be bypassed.
This is especially aggravating when watching a long program that's an hour or longer when the "reset" happens just a few minutes before its end.

    I am sorry to learn about your concerns with our Cloud DVR FF option. I am not sure what troubleshooting you have already completed. I recommend first starting out by uninstalling the App and then reinstalling it. If this does not help, please let us know. -Lyn
