How do I get to my bellsouth email through spectrum?
Since I switched to Spectrum last week or so, can no longer get to my Bellsouth.net email through ATT - just says "It's not you - it's us". Or will ask for a phone number to send a code, but never does. Help!

Unfortunately, we would not have a way to support an email from another domain. Have you tried contacting ATT? Can you access on mobile data?
It is possible that your legacy BellSouth.net email was associated with an active account and if you canceled the account, it is possible that access is restricted.

I was ASSURED by the Spectrum representative that I would be able to maintain my bellsouth.net email account. Having said that, in the last few minutes I've been able to get to that account and go through several days of email - have no idea why or what changed to allow me in!

Glad to hear you are able to access your email again. I believe any assurance given was referring to accessing third party email using Spectrum Internet, which you can since we do not put any restrictions on internet access.
However, any access issues with a BellSouth.net email would need to be investigated with ATT, since we are not the email provider. ATT would have the tools needed to do things like: check email status, reset passwords and manage the settings.
