My cable Guide is missing the information on local channels only?
Received a new cable box due to a failure. Works well however the Guide does not show information about local channels. Only says: “To be Announced “. A second box on a different TV works fine? All the other channels in the guide are fine. Have rebooted numerous times to no avail.

Can you specify what local channels show the "To Be Announced " data? Was the second box that works fine replaced at the same time as the box with the "To Be Announced" issue?
Turn the cable box off, and unplug the cable box for at least sixty seconds. Than plug the box back in to the outlet and allow the box to reboot. If this does not work, call Spectrum to request that a "refresh" signal be sent to the box.

Missing channels (TBA): 701-ok; 702-704-missing; 705-ok; 706-708-missing; 709-ok; 710-712 missing. Channels 2-15 missing ( To Be Announced)
The second box that works is an existing box.
I will have Spectrum try the “refresh “ signal.
