I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue while streaming those channels. Can you please confirm if you are using the Spectrum TV app or those specific third-party applications?

Looks like you called in about this issue and you are trying to access channels on the app while away from home. Channels on the Spectrum TV app are limited while away from your home network, however you can access recorded and On Demand content, as we as many third party apps.
