Service outage Henry County Clinton MO ???
Spectrum officially says they use Verizon Towers! In Clinton, MO you can't use your phone in the Walmart Parking lot. Shows LTE with 1 bar of signal.
Adjacent to Walmart is a Verizon Store not even 8th of a mile away! Signal Map shows coverage LTE/5G
Asked around to Verizon users how their service is and they said 5G full bars of signal no problems with blazing speeds.
This is not a device problem! All 3 lines of service and devices don't work at Clinton, MO Walmart!
Questions:
Is this a service outage or network issue that was overlooked?
Or is this Verizon not allowing Spectrum to use their core network towers??
Tech mobile support is worthless. Keep updating and wipe your network settings. Wish I could reboot them as this has been tired a million times. Does anyone have a phone number to engineering? If not how do you sue Spectrum for false advertising??

I'm sorry about the coverage issues with our mobile service. Spectrum Mobile does use the Verizon network. There are no "core" network towers that would be excluded. Is the issue only happening when in the parking lot of that Walmart?
