Unable to turn off fraud protection

I accidentally deleted my eSIM after changing my phone number and then resetting my phone. So I went in the app to request and download a new eSIM but I have fraud protection turned on for my account. When attempting to turn it off, I get to the screen to verify my identity but there are no options to choose to do so. No text or email option to send a code, it’s just blank. I attempted to use the chat option to get help but my chat box has no input field to type, only an option to ask a new question, but when I try to do so it just closes and does nothing.
I’m stuck, can someone help me figure it out? Thanks in advance.

If the options are not working on the app then I would recommend you try using www.spectrum.net to see if there is a difference in the functions are working.1
