Why are incoming calls going straight to Voice Mail?

We have checked all settings on our iPhone 15 and incoming calls are going straight to Voice Mail. We turn our phones off and back on but only fixes the problem for a short period of time.

    Good morning, @LoriRat. Welcome to our community. We are sorry that you are having these issues receiving calls. Can you try turning off the cellular under phone settings and then turning that back on?

    My wife's cell is doing this also. Whenever someone calls her number it goes directly to voicemail. I have checked all settings and everything is the same as my cell. I have restarted and it works for a day or two.
