How to retrieve my Trash folder with emails

Good afternoon and welcome @Betty4857,
Were you accessing email through our webmail site or the email link on spectrum.net? The trash folder should be in the list on the left and would keep items for 3 days before they are permanently deleted. The trash folder itself can't be removed. Our support page also has some helpful information about using the email inbox. If you're using a third party email client, folders and deleting would follow any settings you have through those services.1
