Overloaded with spam
Up until a couple months ago, I ran my Spectrum email through outlook on my computer and the Apple mail app on my phone. Those platforms, although not perfect, kept the spam at bay. For a couple months now, I have had to use only Spectrum.net to access my email and it is horrible for several reasons but mostly the Spam. Although I have maxed out the number of Blocked Senders and I have flagged hundreds of emails as Spam, I still get inundated with garbage from the same sources. I get 50 to 100 garbage emails a day! This is ridiculous. Why have "Block Sender" and "Report Spam" options if they don't limit the garbage emails from coming into my inbox every day? I have had the same CFL.RR.COM email for 30 years but this inconvenience is about to force me to drop it and move on. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us about the amount of Spam mail you are receiving. I can understand your concern; there isn't much we can do to prevent the spam mail that you receive.
