July 9, 2025, Max changed back to HBOMax and it looks like my free app subscription will cost me $17 per month. What happened?

Good afternoon and welcome @dlr2595,
Max changing it's name back to HBO Max would not impact your ability to get this free with the appropriate level of service with us. It is showing included with your service. Are you having an issue logging in using the "connect your provider" option?
