To control the waves of spam/scam email I receive, I had created over 100 filters. They all disappeared. Why? Please help.

    Good morning, @joseph2112 Welcome to our community. Do you have these filters set up within spectrum.webmail.net or using a 3rd party mail service.

    Directly from spectrum, using the settings/filter rules/create new rule.

    @Joseph2112 I have looked from my side and the filters still seem to be present, I would recommend that you log out clear cache and cookies and try to log back in.

    I tried, the filters are still not there and I have received upwards of 20 scam emails already, most of which I know were set up on my filters to be deleted. Please help.

    Hello @Joseph2112;

    I reviewed our system for the email account you used for this site and confirmed there is filters setup. I ran a repair on the mailbox that can help fix errors on the mailbox. This may restore your filters. I do see you have an additional email account setup with the service. I am not showing any filters setup for the other account. Are you using the other email account?

    @Joseph2112 : Does "over 100 filters" include blocked senders or did you literally have over 100 filter rules? Just curious.

    Over 100 actual filter rules, most of which had all 5 rules filled in.

    I believe the number of filter rules is currently limited to 15 with up to five conditions each. How long ago if ever might you have noticed the look and feel of the webmail user interface get upgraded? Just curious.

    Good morning @JOSEPH2112,

    Thank you for following up with us regarding those email issues you are experiencing. To confirm, is the email you are currently signed in with, the same email use as your registration email for this platform? If so, we can confirm that those filters are set and visible on this end. Are you able to confirm the steps you take to access your email?

    The email address this is referring to is *****@charter.net. This is the primary email for the account, and is the account my wife, usually with the Blue Mail application.

    Due to her receiving incessant spam emails, I logged into the web application on my phone, which I keep open at all times. When a spam email appears, I create a filter for the primary words in the subject and "from" portions.

    This had reduced the amount of scam emails from at least 25 a day to one or two.

    Then a few days ago all of the filters disappeared and immediately the spam/scam emails returned.

    Since it seems like you can't can't restore them, would it be possible to create a way for me to copy them if this happens again?
