until today i was able to watch turner classic movies, syfy etc. now i get a message...
until today i was able to watch turner classic movies, syfy etc. now i get a message saying i need to upgrade… ! what is going on? thanks

Welcome to our community page and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I was able to access your account based on the email provided during the registration process. I can confirm that you are subscribed to those channels and should be able to view them. Are you able to reboot your cable box by holding down the reset button in the lower right-hand corner, for 30 seconds?
