Why can't I fast forward on my recorded programs?

    Hello @Marsh123;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. You can fast forward by first pressing the pause button which is in the center of the wheel on the remote. Once it is paused then you can press the right side of the wheel to do a fast forward.
