When I enter 'B' to browse a program listing in the guide for future dates and times, I get this:

Currently Unavailable

Please try again later

Error: HLO

I reboot, but the same error keeps happeening.

We sent some refresh signal to you cable box. If the issue does not resolve, please try removing the HDMI and power cables for 30 seconds, then reseat them. After the box restarts, if the issue still continues, please let us know.

I did the HDMI and power cable removal and power on around 3:00 pm. When the box restarted, I still wasn’t able to browse program listings.

Then I tried to browse the program listings around 6:00 pm without another reboot and everything is now back to normal.

The dates and times for program listings are now available and back to normal.

I tried to report this in this thread but kept getting this message at sign-in:

This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again from home or contact us for assistance. IDID-4002.

Clearing cache and cookies didn't seem to help for sign-in. The Chat people said to change the password. Did that and can now access the Community Forum and my Spectrum account.

Seems like when changing passwords, the change isn't immediate and a certain amount of time has to pass before the password takes effect? So I'll wait 24 hours the next time I change anything or the Mods do anything.

    Thanks for the help.
