Thank you to Brianna out of Rochester New York, she was awesome! She turned my experience with spectrum GOLD. My phone was off I needed to get it back on she emailed HR and got me back on my plan with spectrum for its 1year $0 phone bill when it was cut short due to miscommunication. Awesome job she deserves a promotion, raise SOMETHING! This is what you call superb customer service!!!!
