Can you unblock my OneBlood verification code request?

I am a OneBlood donor. When I try to check into my portal I am unable to get a verification code. OneBlood assures me that everything is okay on their end and that perhaps my server (that's you Spectrum) has blocked my ability to get the verihisnt. Can you check to see if you have blocked this and how can I fix it?

    That's odd, we don't block websites or two factor verification. Typically, any blocking occurs at the device or application level. I am not seeing you are a Spectrum Mobile customer, are you using a Spectrum email for verification and have you checked your junk / spam folders?
