XUMO freezing up & disconnecting

We just got 2 XUMO’s for our house and 1 for my mom’s vacation house. Already 1 of ours has had to be reset twice in the 1st weekend and my moms has been reset 6 times in one day. Aside from them shutting down and not working they are not easy to fast forward or rewind either.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize for the difficulties you have been having with the Xumo. We are frequently updating the functions of the Xumo Spectrum TV app functions and will pass on your feedback about the fast forwarding and rewinding. I would like some more information on the issue requiring you to reset it. Are you getting any error messages before you reset it?
