SMPT fails with Spectrum fibre optic but ok via router

When I try to send email on my Thunderbird app. if I am connected to Spectrums fibre optic wifi, they fail with a AUP#OUT-1230 error. When I connect instead to the router/modem provided by Spectrum, the emails send fine.

    You can view our email error code list for additional information on the error you're receiving. For the code you provided - the following information was listed.

    "Your IP address has been blacklisted by Spamhaus. The owner of the IP address must contact Spamhaus to be removed from the list.

    (Note: Spamhaus has sole discretion whether to remove the sending IP address from their lists.)"
