    Hello @nvillicana

Welcome to our Community Forums! We're sorry if you're having issues with the form of payment provided for the Phone Balance Buyout (PBB), I'm happy to help! What issue are you experiencing specifically?

I received a virtual card. I used it once and then fraudulent charges appeared on my card for over $1200! I have tried, with no success, to get that company to refund this amount. They refused.

I'm so sorry to hear that happened! I would advise reaching out to the card manufacturer via the website at YourRewardCard.com. Or you can reach out via phone to 833-634-3155.

I have on numerous occasions. I followed their instructions regarding investigating etc. They claim that because they were unable to recuperate $1200 they will not refund that to me. Is there an agency I can turn to for help?

Edit: @nvillicana : Nobody doesn't hate it when that happens. I'd contact the FTC and/or a legal expert in order to find out what to about a debit card dispute denial at this point. Let's just hope that you didn't inadvertently divulge the card details to a scammer without noticing any fraudulent charges within a couple of months of occurence.
