Xumo not working with TV

Spectrum is absolutely HORRIBLE. Can't get tv to work again and a tech was just here Friday.

    Hello @Analysis32__

    I'm sorry to hear that the TV isn't working for you. I was able to locate your account using your community registration information. It looks like the previous technician visit there was an issue with the Xumo remote not pairing to your TV. Is that the issue still or is something else happening?
