Missing TV Choice Channels
I subscribed recently to the TV choice package and and have made several channel changes. I am within the initial 30 day period to make changes. The problem is that the changes I made will not show in the guide but do show up in the mini guide. I have guide filter set to All Channels. HD DVR World Box 210 has been reset several times.
What am I missing here?

Fixed it myself. Located the equipment settings in the menu and selected “Reset Data” and clicked it. All missing channels now work in the guide as they should.

Good evening,
Can you tune to your changed channels in the guide? How much time elapses between your changes? If these are in mini guide, they should be in the main guide as well.

Satch, that’s the thing, I can tune to them in the mini guide but they do not show up in the regular guide. Filter is set to ALL. These changes were made yesterday and it’s been screwed up since.

I should rephrase that the channels in question do in fact show up in the main guide but are blocked for upgrade.
I would call Customer Care and let them know what is happening. They may have to send some refresh signals to the box.

I just got off of the phone with Support and unfortunately they weren’t able to fix the issue. Has been escalated.
On another note, the channels that won’t work within the Main Giide can be selected while on Live TV by inputting the channel number. Go figure.1
