Anyone else seeing stuttering in Cloud DVR recordings?

This started recently. I end up just deleting the recording and watching the show on the FOX One app.

    We're not aware of any issues with the Cloud DVR recordings currently. Does it seem like it's only happening with recordings of one show or shows on one network, or does it happen no matter what channel/show recording you're trying to watch?

    Welcome to the community page! I am sorry to hear you are also experiencing this issue with cloud DVR and would be more than happy to help. Upon checking, I was unable to locate any known issues related to this matter. If possible, I'd like to ask a few additional questions in an effort to assist you. To begin, is this only happening on cDVR recordings, or on live streams as well? Also, can you please confirm if all of those shows you mentioned are related to one network(channel) specifically or are they one separate ones?

    It was Gutfeld on Fox News, but the last few have worked okay.

    Thank you for providing that detailed information. We are not showing any reports specific to this same issue, but I can absolutely investigate this further with some basic troubleshooting steps. Are you able and willing to perform a few troubleshooting steps with us, to resolve this issue for you? I am not showing any signal discrepancies with the modem; everything looks to be connected with excellent strength. However, due to the router being third party, I am unable to see any signal related information to it. When able, I would absolutely attempt a reboot of your modem and router. You can do so by unplugging the devices for 30 seconds.
