DVR recording

In the past I was able to schedule recordings from the Spectrum TV app on my phone to my physical DVR. I'm on a bulk account and we have cloud DVR also activated. Now when I schedule them they go to the cloud DVR, I don't see an option to schedule it to the physical DVR. Is there an option I am missing?

    Once the account had been upgraded to cloud DVR, you no longer have the ability to record to the DVR box. When you upgrade to a cloud DVR; recordings are then stored on the cloud service's servers, not on your physical equipment, and the two systems are separate. When you upgrade to a Cloud DVR service, your recordings will only be accessible through the cloud, typically via a web browser or a service's app, not from the old hardware.

    I'm able to record to both. I prefer the physical DVR because of the better FF and REW experience. I can watch the recordings I schedule from the physical DVR on that and if I schedule something from the Spectrum TV app on my phone or the app on my Roku I can watch them back on that. At least I am now aware I can't choose where to record to now from the app.
