I can log in to spectrum e-mail using my browser but can't access through apple mail

No issue signing in with roadrunner e-mail. Passwords work. Can't access through apple mail. Won't verify the account.

What's the solution?

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the issues with the email service through Apple Mail. Us and in customer service are limited to what we can do with email using a third party client. You can go to this link here to make sure your settings are correct for Apple Mail. If all that seems fine you would need to reach out to Apple for further help as the email service is working fine through our website.
