Fox one unable to be used with my subscription

Every time I attempt to use the service, I am prompted to make a payment. I have tried accessing it on multiple devices—including my TV, laptop, and phone—and the same issue occurs across all platforms. Even when I attempt to watch directly from the services page for Fox One, I am still redirected to a payment screen after signing in.


I would like clarification on whether this is an error, as I have seen reports from others experiencing the same problem recently.

    Hello @StarzKittenz;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Fox one is available with our Spectrum TV Select package. I can send an update to the modem that will refresh your Spectrum login. This will push your billing information to Fox One to ensure that they recognize that you are subscribed to the services. The internet will be down for a few minutes during this update. Provide us a time on when you would be available to get the upgrade done and we will push it.

    I have sent the update to the modem. The internet will be down for a few minutes. Be aware it may take a couple hours for Fox One to see the update. Try it again later tonight.

    I’m still experiencing the same issue across all of my devices. Each time I try to access the service—whether on my TV, laptop, or phone—I’m prompted to pay, even after signing in. I also tried accessing directly from the services page for Fox One, but the same problem occurs.


    I’ll attempt again later, but so far the issue persists and it has not worked on any device.

    Hello,

    You don't want to log in from Fox One's website. Do the following instead: First note that a Spectrum TV Select plan from Spectrum is required. New accounts, updates, or swapped equipment may take 48 hours to activate online.

    1.) Log in to your account (Spectrum.net) with your Spectrum username and password or passkey.

    2.) Click on the TV/Streaming Services tab.

    3.) Scroll down to Fox One click on that

    4.) When you get to Fox One's page, select "Log in with provider" Choose Spectrum.

    5.) Log in with the same account information you use for Spectrum if prompted.

    6.) Bookmark, Favorite, or add the shortcut to your PC or homebar on your device.

    I’ll wait up to 48 hours to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it does not, I will return for further assistance.

    Delete and reinstall the app and start over. In the case of fox.com, delete the fox.com and foxplus.com web data from the browser cache and start over with the TV Provider hyperlink. Repeat, if needs be, every so often as long as you've a mind to, until it kicks in. Patience is a virtue.
