Trade in issue
Hi, i recently upgraded my and my wife’s phones from 2 16 pro max to 2 17 pro maxes , i shipped both of them with UPS… they got delivered.. and two days ago i got an email saying that one of them was a iphone 14 pro and they are adjusting the trade in value which is gonna be 500$ less . i tried to escalate the case with no result i really don’t know what to do , i feel frustrated and robbed…i know its assurant not spectrum…but still the fact that spectrum chose to beleive the assurant company instead of a valued customer for many years its very frustrating!

I take it that you mean "The Signal" aka "SIGNAL" rather than "assurant." It's all here. Don't overlook § 12 & § 13:
