Poor service when ordering new devices online

why give me the option to order a new phone online with the app and say two day delivery and after two days you still haven't even shipped the services I ordered? I ordered the devices on Wednesday and now it's Friday and you still haven't shipped the devices. Why not just state that it will take a week to get them to FedEx? I could have gone somewhere else and bought the devices outright and brought them over a lot faster than your two day shipping

    I do apologize for the issues. The shipping time is 2 days not 2 days from the date of order. There is time to process the order before it ships. I can certainly forward up feedback for you.
