I accidently deleted my email account. How do I get it reactivated?

I was trying to make a change to the way my account role was being listed. Using my Primary email account role to make a Settings change, I made a change that I thought would only change my role to Standard but it deleted or inactivated the account. I still don't know how. This was done on Oct 11 at approx 9 PM so it's only a couple of hours old.

The deleted address is: removed by moderator

How do I get this address reactivated or reinstated? I have not discovered a way using the web tools I found on Spectrum's website.
