Fuzzy Picture
New to XumXumo… When I switched to Xumo last Friday, my sales person switched me from 500 speed internet to 1 gig speed. When returning my cable equipment, I asked a different sales person if the upgrade to 1 gig was necessary (and costing more)? He didn't think it was necessary and switched me back to the 500 speed.
When watching Cloud DVR playback, sometimes the picture is "fuzzy" for a few moments, then clears up. Could that be a buffering issue? Would I be better off returning to the 1 gig internet speed? My Xumo box is hooked with an ethernet cable.

A fuzzy picture on a Spectrum Xumo device is often caused by internet connection issues, but can also be due to physical cable problems, TV settings, or issues with the Xumo box itself. To fix it, try rebooting the Xumo box and your modem, checking all cable connections, verifying the display settings on both your TV and the Xumo box, and if the problem persists, contacting Spectrum for further support.
