Fox One App (2 questions)

  1. I am using the Fox One App on my phone and on my Samsung TV. I see it's included in the Spectrum package I'm on and it's working great on those two devices.

However, when I attempt to launch it on my laptop under "Manage TV / Streaming", I'm being asked to sign up for a payment plan. Just above the "Watch Now" link it shows that my Spectrum service includes Fox One and there is no additional charge.

I'm not sure how to resolve this.

2. I cannot locate the Fox One app on my list of Xumo apps. I've refreshed the app list and still do not see it. There is an app called Fox News that is similar but not quite as nive as the Fox One app.

    The Fox One app is a direct-to-consumer streaming service from Fox Corporation that provides live and on-demand access to Fox's portfolio of content, including sports, news, and entertainment, for $19.99/month.     I have just gotten this Xumo and the FOX One app is not there to select as an app. I can get it on my computer, but not on the Xumo. As the person asked on 9/23 when will the app be added to the Xumo apps?

    Welcome to our community! As the Fox One app is an app that is entirely independent from our services, we do not have information on when/if the app will be available on Xumo devices. I would recommend reaching out to the Fox One contact/support page as they may be able to tell you more information on their plans for the app.
